You are correct!! I just recently tested a few back up wheels I built. I guess I didn't notice when I re installed another link. I'm shaking my head in embarasment. Haha

i got a fit mac 1 from like 2015 and ive had it since i was 16. now im 22 and the only things that have exploded is my back rim and tire tubes. hub is fucked up on it but its the only thing. never the less until i get enough money to get all new parts excluding the frame , im getting another new 2019 fit . just a bigger top tube cuz im like 6"4 or 5 i think. getting perfect 10 bars and hub guards and i cant wait😍😍
@garthstead31247 жыл бұрын
I hear you on this metal pegs man the sound is bad ass but plastic side easyer I got plastic right now I'm actually about to get some parts Friday or Saturday I was wondering if you think I should do a plastic hub gard or metal
@BMXNEWSCHANNEL7 жыл бұрын
Plastic is not bad. It's ok but doesn't last long at all... It's a 50/50 trade off. Plastic is light and slides but doesn't last long. Metal costs more but will last a considerable amount more.

I would either do a Fit aftermarket frame with odyssey wheels and fit parts, or a Stranger aftermarket frame with Primo parts.

Nice channel and vids, informative. Would you recommend that regent frame still even though it broke eventually? Looking at picking one up to replace my frame from 2005 since a lot of modern parts won't fit it anymore. I don't ride too hard so I figured it would hold up ok.
@BMXNEWSCHANNEL7 жыл бұрын
+Tim Evett Yes for the price I will always recommend it. I actually have a review video of the frame if you want to see more about it.

Great vid and awesome bike! New sub right here. and was wondering how much does that whole set up cost? R u running a tubeless or regular? and what r the main parts I should replace/switch out on my walmart bike? its a Fantasy Bmx pro, so far ive replace both rims with profile one's and the rear hub wit a 9 tooth freewheel its got Good Year tires, some big ass bars on it, and I took all the shit off of it (reflectors, kickstand, and stickers) Im 14 tryin to get a job so its not easy to jus throw a bunch of $money$ into a good bike. Thx n advance!
@BMXNEWSCHANNEL7 жыл бұрын
+Savage Stangs Brand newmy bike might go for around $800 but I bought alot of the parts used or from a private party so I was able to build it for a relatively good price.. If I was you I would search Craigslist for used bmx bikes and try to find a bike for cheap. If you wait and loom around you might even be able to get a whole different bike for the price of your Wal-Mart set up.

I usually give them away. No one wants to buy parts from me and I generally never touch an old part again after I buy a new replacement. For some reason I like seeing people install parts they got for free when it lifts their days up.

Hello i live in croatia a small country in europe in town where There's only one skatepark which is old about 15 years and its fucked up... There's no shop for bmx and i bought used bmx for 100 dollars its super heavy. So be happy that you are from america because here you just cant make it in bmx sport
@BMXNEWSCHANNEL7 жыл бұрын
+Adolf butler First off thank you for watching! You can make it though! That's one of the whole ideas behind this channel. I want to help people understand bmx better so it can be more widely accepted like skating. I might he from America but the majority of popular bmx is on the coast. I'm from a small area in the middle of America that doesn't have much of a bmx scene.. When growing up I didn't have parks around me (they are not everywhere in America like people think) & it was hard to ride because my parents wouldn't spend money on a nice bike. It's not that bad because when you get older and get a job you can buy any bike you want and try to make it with the same opportunity as riders here In America. This is also why I started this channel. I want everyone to know that anyone can make it in bmx if you try.

i like how you respond to all your comments i also have a bmx channel I'm posting my best video today I have a salt 9g envy frame with stranger parts and an odyssey clutch free coaster, its awesome how although you don't have the best bike you stick with it and don't compete to have the best bike, and don't name it only real bike check cause a lot of riders will hate you for it other than that good for you. another tip don't say i think at all in videos it makes you look like you don't know your bike Good luck dude love the ak tires

Hey bro new listener to your show and admire the honest and genuine opinions. my input if you were to go buy and build a new bike would be to go sunday. The soudwave specifically or any of thier older wave series frames. They come with a wishbone which is technically stronger from what i understand. i would then go with odyssey or g sport rims odyssey thunderbolt cranks etc. I would go with everything 41 thermal as well. The nice part is all of this have lifetime warranty. Honestly the best warrany in the business if you ask me.
@BMXNEWSCHANNEL7 жыл бұрын
Welcome to the channel! We seem to think alike on bikes. I am a huge fan of Odyssey & Sunday. When it comes for forks and rims I am definitely going to choose Odyssey R forks & Gsport rims. The whole bike will for sure have lifetime parts all over. I still have my old Odsy race forks & they are amazing.
