No, from any basic biology textbook. For instance: "In the very early stages of development, human fetuses have two sets of ducts: one for the female reproductive system, and one for the male reproductive system. When both sets of ducts are present, the stage of development is called the indifferent stage (because there’s no difference yet between male and female). Humans remain in this stage until about seven weeks after fertilization (about the end of the second month of pregnancy), which is why an ultrasound done any earlier than this time can’t tell the sex of the developing embryo. The two sets of ducts are the Wolffian ducts, which eventually become the male vas deferens, epididymis (on the testes), and seminal vesicles, and the Müllerian ducts, which eventually become the oviducts, uterus, and vagina. Inside the cells, the chromosomes determine whether the embryo will develop into a male or a female. Of the 46 human chromosomes, the last pair - the two Chromosomes 23 - are either two X chromosomes or an X and a Y chromosome. Two X chromosomes indicate female; an X and a Y indicate male. If two X chromosomes are inside the cells of the developing reproductive system, the female ducts develop, and the male ducts disintegrate. Well, I can grant them their right to imagining of whoever they want to be privately - while they cannot deny the truth that there is biological sex and its male and female (which is constructed from DNA, hormons, and of course partialy from being raised as male or female - thats how it works becouse thats what enables humans to do their "evolutionary" job as parents) :) and then they cannot force others into their own private believes of who they are as people cannot force others into their own believes for example beliving in gods or fairies or anything. And while they are free to live as transgenders they are free to do so as long as they dont mix their private fantasies with reality and so when they will be for example heading to registry office or to the legal court or to notary to sign acquisition of inheritance (REAL money) they should not be surprised that when the office is waiting for Ms Smith they dont give it up to Mr. Smith ok? :) Thats how REALITY WORKS outside of the echo-chamber of their childish fantasy world. Finally do not allow any children or young people anywhere near Disney. This company has openly said it is pushing the Trans, non binary, woke agenda in its films and cartoons aimed at children. These cases are not helping trans gender people. Most of us just happily go about our lives without worrying about how someone else “feels” but do treat others with respect. Now, I think, we are over the swamping of our personal feelings and opinions by others. Common sense and proper behaviour is all it takes. I say to transgender people, it is not a cultural war. It is a war against anyone who doesn’t bow down and worship transgender ideology. My family is made up of many different cultures and no one in our family is out there warring against transgender people.

Of a man who would drive into small towns (where the need is far far less) and find stores that did not have ramps for handicaps, and sued for discrimination and won against little mom and pop stores, because of the recent law changes. Theres not enough deterrent for companies at tribunals. Payouts are usually only a years or two worth of wages. Theyre quite happy to pay that, and 50k or so, for Solicitors. And any bad press is forgotten in s few days. Tribunals need to be tougher against companies.

I was dismissed from my practicum site for my master’s counselling psychology for refusing compelled speech (to address a female psychologist in third person with they/them in conversation with my actual supervisor ABOUT HER ATTEMPTS TO BULLY ME). Yorkville University then failed me, a decision that I appealed for more than a year. The entire appeal process was a farce, and the university did not even read my appeals document. They without reason believed all of my woke-ally supervisor’s lies (since he had to make up accusations out of thin air to make it seem like it wasn’t due to compelled speech). Yorkville University then dismissed me from the Master’s program altogether. You think these licensing bodies are bad, the universities are just as terrible if not worse. Looking forward to the rise of independent alternatives.

I dont think that incompetence is a factor here. What it looks like to me is that these people will pursue cases - they know they cannot win - in order to bully people and force them to self censor. Trials are costly and they take a psychological toll. I can easily imagine someone withholding their opinion (even if it's well supported by science) just so they can avoid the whole hassle

What I keep coming back to is what do these people actually want (not the particular issue in the moment)? Obviously it's something that only benefits them, but why do they need others to agree in order to get that benefit, especially to the extend of compelling others by force to agree? It's quite sinister behaviour actually when you think about it.

On the contrary I think if that you don't oppose death threats and rape threats and violent mobs loudly counterprotesting in such a way as to invoke fear then you're not really much of a fan of free speech. Allowing any speech designed to intimidate people into shutting up actually reduces our net freedom of speech. Quite the paradox. Of course these legal challenges to our freedom of speech are a lot like sending death threats to people you don't want to hear from.

Potted Plant! Folks who identify as Potted Plants are highly discriminated against. I once Identified as a Shrubbery (I wasn't even identifying as a carnivorous eating plant like the recent John Lewis Christmas Advertisements) during the Plandemic Lockdowns during my mental health crisis and was dealt with terribly by Dundee City Council officials as I stood in a Plant Pot in Dundee City Headquarters, declaring my Love and affection for Nicola Sturgeon. They even summoned a Police Scotland Constable to take me away. I don't even have the Ceramic Plant pot to make one of those KZbin advert candle heaters anymore as Police Scotland stole it.
