You, your personality, your depth, things that you create and how you live are just my role model for life. Thank you for all the inspiration and honesty in your videos, it helps me so much to live the life that I want. For couple of years I felt really lost in everything because of depression and big existential crisis, and with war in my country (I’m from Ukraine) all priorities and lifestyle changed. And now bit by bit I’m starting to feel more whole and getting to know new version of myself better, because previous life is ruined and new one is not built yet. And discovering you and your channel just helped me so so much to feel more validation towards myself and my life with all its highs and lows. Half a year ago I started my KZbin channel, still figuring out how everything works, but I’m trying and giving myself time and compassion to continue and not give up while I don’t have much results yet. Thank you Cameron for everything that you do and who you are ❤

Hi angel. Thank you so so much for these heartfelt and honest words. To hear that you feel validated through watching my videos makes me so happy I could cry. Self compassion is the biggest gift we could ever give ourselves and it feels like a blessing to be able to encourage you to give yourself that gift. Thank you xx

Glad I found your channel last month! Your videos are relatable, insightful, cinematic, and create calmness. The talk at the beach was nice, loved the saying "glitter on the water." Morgan Harper Nichols has some affirmations/quotes that say " I am making room for things that heal my heart" and "I am creating space for both gentleness and strength." I need to spend more time in nature. Diane in Denmark on her KZbin channel mentioned last Friday as one her four self-care assignments she gives that one can choose from for the week, to eat a meal outdoors. I think that is a nice idea! Your meal looked wonderful!

this video was so meant for me to watch right now. i've also been exploring the lows of falling apart. this season in my life has been calling me into depths i'm not used to. im finding myself in many new places one being learning to allow myself the space to fall apart and know that it's safe to do so! and that i will always be fine. its so exhausting trying to hold it all together and im noticing that it feels good to fall apart and get a little messy now and then.

OMG, thank you for this video. Your final minutes around 27:5 is like a wake-up call to me. Yours seems different, maybe because you are you. I'm sorry if that sounds wrong. You have your own identity and aesthetic and I never tire of watching your video while pursuing mine. Keep up and lots of love.

it's so nice to hear you speak about your creative journey and past - as someone in a similar space, it's always a nice reminder that the people you are looking up to also experienced burnout, also struggled with results etc. it truly is the most important thing to just persevere! the ebbs are so necessary for the flows 🌀

heyy I just wanted to say how much I love your videos. I only found your channel a couple weeks ago, but every time you upload I resonate so much with what you talk about. I think it's amazing that despite being on opposite sides of the world we're going through similar phases in life... it really makes you realise that everyone is in the same boat as you are, subject to experiencing life just as you are, and that also means that things can get better if you're feeling down.

Thanks again Cam! It's starting to feel like I'm catching up with a friend even though we're strangers. You remind me of past lessons and give me the tools for future struggles by voicing your thoughts. I'm soo grateful for that 🌻 It has been a thing for me too, to navigate these low moods. From ignoring and hoping it will pass to acknowledging and sitting with it. It becomes so easy to add on to the lower vibration and fall into this somber downward spiral, but can we find that space to be kind to ourselves? Can we choose the things that fill our hearts up even though we really dread getting started? One thing that has been helping me shift my goggles is to remind myself to look at what's there, what's right in front of me instead of what's not there or what's 'missing'. Thanks again!! Hope you can see the magic this day brings 💚

I spend all day every day on uni work at the moment don't feel like I have any time to do things I enjoy or the a break especially since it is peak time for due dates. I feel like I'm letting life slip away though because every second is my life its not going to just start happening at some point in the future.I struggle with this because life IS getting up brushing your teeth etc. and every day that passes. I'm scared because I dont feel I am happy with the way I am living it right now
@exteriorarchives6 ай бұрын
you're not alone at all; i totally feel the same way, with uni being so suffocating and can often make me lose sight of the hollisitc picture. sometimes we have to sacrifice the things we want to do in order to achieve certain academic goals to propel us into the future BUTTT that being said it shouldn't drain us or completely make us feel hopeless and guileless. we'll get through this together 💌
@helena0036 ай бұрын
Aw thank you so much for the sweet and thoughtful message. I often tell myself it’s just a phase of life and it won’t always be this way but then again then I worry if I’m wishing my life away. You are right though a balance needs to be found
@CamDoesIt6 ай бұрын
Hii! You're allowed to feel unfulfilled with aspects of life, like being super busy with uni. That's so valid. Uni is draining and so tiring. I remember my final year of architecture during lockdown and I was studying and working at the same time, and was so burnt out. I couldn't wait for it to be over. You're not wishing away your life. It's okay to long for something else. Like the other comment said, sometimes a little sacrifice is needed to get us further in the future. My advice would be to look for little things to be excited about in your days and find small things to bring you comfort and happiness. Uni is HARD but you've got thisss!

100% you are right especially about finding small things that bring me joy I think that will help a lot. Thank you for sharing some of your uni experience and advice too. I love this little KZbin community ❤️
