To uplift what Yu say about Discipline: One of the first things that my therapist and I ever talked about was the idea that "being disciplined" doesn't really mean anything. Disciplined means, "To be a disciple of..." So we reframed having discipline as being a disciple of something. Being a disciple of your natural instincts, Of your health and fitness, Of your chosen faith or spirituality. I enjoy you sharing your journey and it inspires me to reexamine what I am a disciple of. Love and Gratitude!

Hitomi, I think the acne looks cute on you and I’m not lying. I think the ‘imperfections’ make you look more approachable for other people, because too perfect people can come across as arrogant or self-centered very easily. I know you are def not that type of person, and with the acne I think you look more authentic and it gives more personality to your face. With or without the acne, you’re still one of the most beautiful woman I have ever seen

whenever i wake up from a nightmare, once i‘ve calmed down a little bit i type “hitomi“ in the youtube search bar and watch one of your videos until i feel safe again. any other media or activity is so prone to sparking a new spiral of fear when i‘m in that headspace of just having woken up from the nightmare, but your videos and even the comment section are these safe spaces where i know there are no triggers of fear at all and that just calm me down so much. i’ll go back to sleep now feeling like my mind is full of beautiful things, and this time, before doing so, i thought i‘d write this comment to tell you this and to thank you ❤

Although I am a 21 year-old male, I find it so enlightening to hear about your healing process and how you changed your perspective in life for a more self-conscious, nurturing one. I am currently in a romantic relationship and I feel that this videos help me to learn about the different emotional processes women go through and how to understand them better. In fact, a couple of months ago I shared one of your videos with my girlfriend, but she didn't have the time or the desire to watch it. I feel like, although what you say is usually very capital for women and she could benefit from hearing it, it's not a great idea to press her to do it. So I don't know what's the way to share with her all this knowledge. Maybe there isn't one and she will discover it all by herself. Anyways, thank you! ☺
@awesomepants4401Ай бұрын
Play it when she's around without headphones, like if she's cooking or getting ready and you're just hanging out. Just listen to it and ignore the video, like it's a Podcast.
@SasoriLuva15Ай бұрын
I think it's wonderful you're not pushing her to listen. When the moment's there, she'll want to watch it. And although I don't know you or your relationship dynamic, I can imagine she probably feels insecure about you watching another beautiful woman (Hitomi) who you also deem to be wise and she might worry you feel like she has to be like Hitomi?
@awesomepants4401Ай бұрын
@@SasoriLuva15 Yeah, I think she might wonder if you want a Hitomi lol. I'd put Hitomi on as background sound and not actively watch her, might help with that.
@user-wc3oc6tt3kАй бұрын
@@SasoriLuva15 Yeah, that's exactly the reason why I think it might not be a good idea to insist, because it would probably make her feel that she needs to be like Hitomi -honestly she doesn't need to be like anyone in any way. And I know for sure that it would be inevitable for her to compare herself with Hitomi. Also, I tend to think that every discovery has its own moment in time and space, and you really can't speed up the pace of things. Btw, thank you very much for your insight!

I'm suffering with an high anxiety level, and I'm making almost everything like meditation, breathwork, reiki, sound healing, crystals, etc but it's like nothing works.. It's so frustrating and exhausting to deal with anxiety.. It's seems that this never go away from me or to relive a little.. Every single day I woke up with anxiety.. But I appreciate your beautiful words ❤ Love to u from Portugal ❤

sending you love and heart centerness 😇 when you have anxiety, try to go right to nature. go by a tree and give it all and release to the tree. trees remove negative emotions from us. and do it barefooted, as bare as you can next to a tree. and if you have a really bad day, go to a waterfall, they have the highest source of negative ions compared to any other thing that exist in nature. i pray for you friend, you're loved 💙

Do not take the mushroom lightly. But with that said, remember that it can only show you what is already inside you, there is nothing to be afraid of. However, sometimes what is inside is hidden for a good reason. You need to build the capacity to meet these parts so that you don't get overwhelmed. Have a safe journey!

I’m really struggling rn w/ burnout incl anxiety, panic attacks, overwhelm, overthinking… and more. I was watching your videos looking at you radiating such a bright peaceful zen light, such beauty and softness. I thought to myself - this is how i want to be, i want to be in tune with myself, be this bright light in the world, wondering how do you do it/how did you get there and if i have any hope. because rn everything is dark. and now i had to pause this video because you said my current one of my most feared sentences - i had a panic attack… it truly shook me because of everything i perceived about you. wondering why i am so broken when all i want is radiate like you do. might sound silly but you saying that while still radiating really shook the narrative of struggling with such things for me. i knew only of darkness when struggling with mental health but now I’m wondering if you can be bright while experiencing specks of darkness… sending much love to you for helping me through sharing your journey 🤍

I promise you it gets better darling. There is hope and light. A mind that does not practice mindfulness constantly oscillates between depression and anxiety. Depression is caused by constantly living in the past and anxiety is caused by constantly living in the future. Depression and anxiety are not two magical conditions. It is possible to understand these two states of mind depending on the growth of intelligence.

Maybe you feel anxiety because you have neglected yourself in the past and maybe still unconsciously do so and anxiety is exactly telling you this. What if you sit deeply with your anxiety and listen to what it tells you so you can stop doing what causes it ? It’s not really about what you do to maintain a healthy balance in this world it’s more about the things you simply let be , something that you don’t let be causes anxiety so listen to it and let it be 😊
