if u listened to SA underground Hip Hop in 2004-2007.. especially the Hype sessions you will realize that SOME of Areece's approach to the Album has the same style..and that style was pioneered by guys like Tumi/stogie T, Zues, Zubz Reason, Proverb, super mario , Optical illusion. Back then rapping in English or rapping at all was not fashionable. This album took me there. But good work reece

Let's ggoooooooooo!! "Mfana, o tlo khawateya" in this context is "Bro, you gonna be disadvantaged", translating SA vernacular is no trivial task😄 a better word than disadvantaged but you get the point. So from the album, I rate the best follow up is either Residual Self Image or No Man's Land, I would rate the latter but the former is much more abstract. But if you'd like something more "songy" I'd say Bravo ft. Stogie T That aside, I think you guys would enjoy some one of the SA vets now, REAZUS! Reason - Azania (he worked with Swizz Beats on that one) or Reason - Cashless Society or Reason - The Realest Verse Ever (kzbin.info/www/bejne/il6amaWHeZaseZY I could find this one on Spotify, this one was a controversial song/album even made it on the news).
