38:35 .... but isn't the way scrum is formulated by nature constraining the people doing the works ability to change the process? In the spirit of Henry Ford ...you can have any process you like, as long as it's scrum. It seems to be scrum encourages a lot of personal investment in the process. Not just by the whole certification thing. Which scrum master would think it was an excellent idea to change the process to do a continuous flow like Kanban?
