So surreal being a JCP photographer and then seeing the end of this video

oh that's awesome! we genuinely had an incredible time there. The ladies were so fun and had all the poses dialed in for us, I couldn't believe how fast they worked

This video was absolutely perfect, man. You successfully managed to combine education, product review, vlogging, and narrative storytelling in a way I haven’t seen executed before. This video is a freakin’ masterpiece, pal. Truly, awesome job.

I have a 5 week old and have been recording me and my wife with him and his first few weeks here with us. That part about your kid and showing them later in life hit me hard. Love your videos man.

Another solid video, brother! I still have my dad's Hitachi VHS camcorder, but even though I have an FX3, the ZVe10 has been my main video dad cam for the easy zoom toggle for those old school crash zoom vibes. Been hyper documenting my little girl, so I'm glad we live in an age where so much tech is available making capturing allllllll the moments so easy. I think the hardest part about being a dad who's into photo/video is that it's hard not to get sad knowing these exact moments you're filming are so fleeting and you can already see yourself crying watching these moments in the future. 😭 Cheers to your family and to all the fellow dad cam operators out there! 📹🍻

Dude I totally relate with this. It's strange knowing my kid will some day see this footage, and I'll be a geezer. But it's all worth it. I'll check out the ZVe10 because honestly I'm looking for a Levi-Cam that isn't a phone or a bulky mirrorless.

@@ZachMayfield I know, I try not to cry haha. I just picked up an x100f for the photo side and have been LOOOOVING it, but for video, the ZVe10 has that nice camercorder feel and vibe, but more modern obvs. The kit lens stab is bleh, but I hear they may release a new gen soon so we'll see if that's worth the upgrade. As you know, sony's autofocus is amazing so it's the best lightweight/cheap dad cam I can find so far. Keep me posted if you find better options!

I have to say this (and I rarely comment on anything on YT), I ENJOY your camcorder videos so much!! I've watched your VX1000 video a bunch of times in the last few weeks (because I got one recently) and also watched your full-frame Sony camcorder and vintage camcorders more than once. Thank you so much for making those niche videos and keeping these cams alive. Keep it up!

i'm almost positive these were a licensed branding thing and the cameras were probably made by JVC. i have a General Electric camcorder that looks identical to that black one.

So I have two of these one has no video and the other had it for a minute and then only had the top maybe 10% of the video feed. If I put a vhs in I have the entire video feed. Anyone know what the problem might be?
