I agree with you Dumbsville. The Bluey video game is indeed one of the games ever made. I am a fan of the show and I agree that it is still a kid's show and this is coming from a teenager about to move on to adulthood after graduating next year. This game could be made in so many ways like a click-and-point adventure game, a parody game, literally anything! And I think it works fine because the show itself is 7 minutes per episode and I am aware of the huge fandom of it because I'm part of it. I love this video because I just have to remid myself to not think too hard about the show or anything in general. "It's just monkey's singing songs." Also LOVE the jokes you added got me laughing in most of them.

As someone who loves Bluey, I was disappointed with how half-assed the game was, especially after the numerous interviews and bts videos showing how much care is put into the actual show. I think Dumbsville is totally right in pointing out that the game makes no effort to appeal to the different age groups who enjoy Bluey, rather than just the people who would normally buy cheap licensed games (a demographic that has been shrinking). He's also right in saying that a point and click Bluey game á la Pajama Sam would go hard, I want that now.

That one franchise you vaguely mentioned attracting a similarly autistic, non-child audience is actually pretty fitting to bring up. Because it was only recently that My Little Pony got its own game from the exact same company, and while more polished, has a very similar reception to this game. Can be beaten in less than an hour, being essentially a minigame collection advertised as a sandbox platformer, and costs $40 to play.

Honest opinion as an adult who bought & played the Bluey game: It’s really great and engaging! I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it, but anyone who buys it won’t regret it. I actually tried getting my 5 year old nephew to play it, and he got frustrated and gave up because all the minigames were too difficult. And honestly? One of the minigames is almost too difficult for me too. I can’t figure out what age it’s intended for? The game does an amazing job at making you feel like you’re in Bluey’s world. My biggest complaint? Cousin Socks wasn’t in it

big bandit was sent to russia to destroy a bipedal nuclear machine called the shagopod. In the process he was forced to kill his mentor the nana. Then he started a pmc group in an oil rig but was betrayed by lucky emmirich so his base was destroyed. Then he made some guy think that he us big bandit and left; years later big bandit was cloned creating solid bluey, liquid bingo and a third sibling that i forgot the name. Solid bluey was sent to do an operation in shadow moses to disable the metal gear and defeat liquid bingo. After the shadow moses incident mackenzie (codename raiden) was sent to an oil rig to save the president, there he fought the former president who was the third sibling and disabled the bombs turns out it was a test for Mackenzie to prepare him for the actual operation in arsenal gear. He fought hard and destroyed 3 metal gears with the help of solid bluey and killed the third sibling. Fast forward solid bluey is now old and is now trying to stop radley (who might be possessed by liquid bingo) after all that solid bluey visits big bandits grave after killing him years ago but turns out big bandit was alive all along and the big bandit that was killed was the man who was tricked. Solid bluey now takes one last look at her father before he dies of old age.

I have surface-level knowledge of Bluey and it seems kinda self explanatory to me. People say they like watching it with their kids, the parents are characterized well and some episodes even get into the mentality of kids helping out their parents every now and then just due to general stress. I think the game is made for like 2 to 3-year-olds. Once I was like 4 1/2 to 5 years old, I was already beating enough time easily obviously I didn’t do all the side stuff and find all the secrets but I beat the main story pretty quick and it helped me learn reading in music as well. When majora’s mask came out and I was older. I was so confused as to why the difficulty ramped up so crazy lol. You have to be a straight up detective when you’re a kid from majora’s mask.

May be late to this, but I was the one who gave him this game. Now, I have played the Steam version and believe it or not this game cannot be played with a keyboard. I had to plug in my Xbox controller just to play it. Pretty much everything said in Dumbsville’s video was the same as with my problems with the game, but gladly I was able to refund it with my money back.
