Great review of Tilly’s book and suggested fabrics.I think I’ll make a Frankie tee soon. I must admit the tracing holds me back bit. 😆

I don’t know anyone who likes tracing 😂

That dress is beautiful, and perfect on you. I have a similar figure and, at 5' nothing, I find it difficult to find dresses in my proportions. I would also want to add an inch to stop it having an empire line. Thanks for the detailed review and tips!

Love your version of the Joni! I too prefer the lower twist- much more flattering. And lovely Frankies! 😍

I love your vlogs! I was wondering how you got your neckline lower? All of the others I've seen come up higher which wouldn't suit me, but I love the shape of yours. Thank you x

Hi lovely to hear your review just a thought for the Freya which is great you might want to think of a V neck frill instead of the curved one which may be more flattering for your shape some of my friends have have done this and are pleased. Thank you for your fabric recommendations I've made Bibi skirt in the emerald.ponte and Im.pleased with it Xx the shape holds well

Would you please consider doing a video on how you trace patterns, as a new sewer I'm a little intimidated.

I love that blue one too. Do you have any in stock?

Fabulous information and garments.I love the blue print and the mustard print. I bought fabric(not from you) that said it was stretch jersey with a crepe texture. It has more of an open texture and it's a four way stretch.Would it be suitable for the Freya and Joni dress?i know you can only give an opinion without seeing the fabric but I would value your advice.Thank you.

Hi, did you do an fba on the Joni and Frankie? Also, how did you work out what size neck band piece to use after you had altered the neck curve? 😊

Hi, lve just looked for the blue print viscose jersey, grace or garden, the first print you showed.I can't find it so is it out of stock (if it is when will you be having more in and what is the price, please)or have I put in the wrong details.Thanks.

The only reason I have not bought this book is I cannot be bothered tracing the patterns tbh. I know I'd just make a bought pattern instead. It does have interesting projects though. I'm just wondering about the sizings as the pictures in the book show the clothes tighter than I'd be comfortable with. I suppose you size up with her patterns not down as with the Big 4?

I have made almost every pattern (just Stella to go!) I’ve also recorded a Joni dress pattern review on my channel if anyone is interested in making Joni. You are living the dream! Great vlog, wish I lived closer so I could visit your workshop. X

I bought the Tilly and the Buttons Stretch book and I am ready to start sewing but I can't find if the patterns include the seam allowance and if so how wide is the seam allowance. Can anyone here know the answer?
