The expansion is so WORTH IT. The new island is massive, with many space to get creative (and to banish some villager.... ehemm Maui eheeemm) And all the new craftables are AMAZING. There are soo many great pieces, like the sword in the stone, a miniature Agrabah palace... You can make a museum with all of that¡¡¡

Bought it day one and I'm really happy with it ! I'm just kinda worried about the cost if there are that many dlc (I don't want to spend hundreds like for the sims4) Also wanted to say thank you for the great content and I love that your videos dont beat around the bush !

I really feel like $30 is good for this much content! And it has 2 more updates coming that are included. We most likely have more than a year before another big expansion like this comes out again! 🥰 And thank you! Im glad you like the videos!

Giving us roughly 5000 moonstones made me slightly less angry about day one DLC. I am enjoying the content however.

For people in the comments, what's really important to know is that as of writing, this expansion is Console & Account locked. Meaning if you play crossplatform, you'll have to decide which system is your main system to play this on as it CAN'T BE SHARED across platforms. If you have family members on one system with their own accounts, each account will have to buy it separately for themselves as the DLC is locked to that persons account and CAN'T BE SHARED. The ONLY system where this isnt an issue is the Nintendo Switch. Gameloft have gone full greedy with this one.

Hey Jamie, It absolutely feels like a new and different game. I have been finding some of it quite hard, at least more so than in the valley and then I go back to the valley to do the star path and I know where everything is lol. But aye, it's taking a lot of time to get to grips with it, which is best, it's challenging, at least for me 😉 and I feel like I am so far behind. It's not a race or a competition tho. I get enough mist to open a biome or section of a biome and then I don't have enough to make anything at the time bending table. Just gotta keep grinding!! Happy playing Jamie 🌟🌟🌟

Yes! It does feel challenging with the mist. I'm in the same boat. It's just gonna take playing a lot to earn enough mist. It's kind of fun to go back to collecting all the fruits and veggies and spices etc. every day. I got out of the habit of doing it in the valley because there was no need to anymore. I have SO MUCH dreamlight! lol But I'm in the same boat with mist right now. Just grinding and running around like crazy! lol

The Wild Tangle is so far my favorite Biome in the expansion and I loved exploring an iconic landmark from the first Aladdin. Overall, I think the most exciting thing for me is that we now know what's on the other side of the Dream Castle in our Valley, Stardust Port. I say exciting because the Port appears as though we'll be getting at least 5 more expansion passes in the future.

Rift in Time is an expansion that you have to buy separately. If you have any issues I highly suggest contacting support through the Disney dreamlight Valley website! 💗

I haven’t played through the whole story line of the area yet so I’m not sure if it’s going to be relevant to this update or future ones but I am very curious to find out!

I think it's a great expansion, but it does have issues. I've played on PS5 and it's crashed about 7 times now. Still, it has tons to offer. I love how they made the royal hourglass KEY to so many things. Time bending is really a lot of fun I just realized EVE has been loyal the whole time, watching over the hourglass. That took me back...❤

Isn’t it such a fun story!? I know my PC had had a bit of trouble here and there with the expansion but nothing too crazy. It seems to not like certain screens, like when I play scramble coin!
