Note for tip #12: I make berry salads but I add 2 gooseberries to the recipe, it will fill the stamina from 0 to over halfway through the gold bar

i started playing this game a few months ago, and some of my tips i wish i knew earlier on is leveling up certain villagers are way more important then others. getting merlin, maui, elsa, ana, scar, are very important for clearing out the obstacles. also the very last quest requires you to have scar, moana, mickey, and elsa level 10 to finish, which took me a while. those villagers in my opinion are some of the top priority.

My only tip is that you can move all the berry bushes and fruit trees to one condensed area instead if being forced to go all over the map to harvest them. I only had one quest come up where I had to move the blueberry bushes BACK to the Forest of Valor, but I moved them back right afterwards.

This is absolutely amazing! Tysm Mr. Star! I am a novice dreamer, and these tips were easy to remember and you kept my attention to your list of awesome and helpful tips. I can’t thank you enough for saving me time on wondering what I am supposed to be doing in DDV! Also! A tip from me is: craft as many chests as you can and hide them throughout the valley. I like to have mine decorated so I hide my chests next to things that remind me what is in the chest. Example: I keep my wood gathering chest behind a tree in my forested areas. It’s a good temporary alternative for those who want to build storage themed rooms in their house.

Strawberrys are dlc druits. If you dont have the dlc for berry salad use blueberries " raspberries" an gooseberries.

The only problem with making souffle early game is lack of coal unless you've got Kristoffs stall (which was your tip but has to be done first) I knew about holding the button for gardening and digging, why don't I hold it for mining, geez all this time lol. The tip about shells, it works slightly different, you need to split them before you drop them and pick them up. They don't scatter like flowers but all these tips sound great!

Actually if you have a fishing buddy during the time that the here and there fish are available and you fish those you will sometimes get +4 I not including the one you caught. Those are probably one of if not the most expensive fish and will make you sooo much star coins! By now most people know that and I believe you have to complete Nalas star quests to be able to fish them and they are only available, I believe from 6am-10am and 6pm-10pm!! Happy valleying 😊😊

Also have chests in your furniture inventory you can drop them anywhere you are close to you put items in and then go back to furniture and save it and you have unlimited carrying potential

The tip I give most often online is to unlock every character as soon as possible and get them to level 2, you don’t need to play with them after they get to level 2 if you don’t want to, but by getting them there if there is a task in the next/future starpaths that says hang out with or gift a specific character then you will have access to them quickly to be able to complete that task. I only recommend doing this cause when I first started playing I was playing so slowly that I wasn’t unlocking characters until the next update after they were released and it almost bit me in the butt when I needed Nala for the starpath but I hadn’t unlocked her yet and I had like 3 days left before the end of that starpath.

Another easy one is the seafood tower. You just need to collect clams and oysters on the beach (4) and 1 lemon and it gives you 5000 energy

Can you explain houses? I see that people have put Oswald’s houses into the valley. Does that mean Oswald is no longer in the other land? Can you put other houses in different places? Does the character then go to each others universe? Also, I don’t understand the number of items you can put down in your valley on top right hand corner when I’m landscaping I have reached my 600 number item list. I’m not sure what items they are. Are they trees are they Rocks are they whatever?

MrStarInSky this video will help a lot of newcomers! I’ve been playing DDLV since the beginning, and actually learned something new in tip 19! I knew that if you keep holding button when digging or planting/harvesting crops that you would continually keep doing so (Switch hints about it when you do that action) but didn’t know that it works for mining as well, so thanks! (Switch does not hint it)👍🏻⭐️🙂 Question about tip 5: I’ve known that you can change time of day in game but I’ve never used it because I heard it can glitch your game, (ie: losing items, disappearing items, bugs/glitches) and was wondering if you’ve heard of it? Also, I’m wondering if changing time of day would disrupt respawning of items you may need for quests or special timed events?

You're not actually changing the time of day - just the graphics that a time of day would have. It doesn't affect game play or anything else. It's not the same as time-skipping.

just in case: as a new player the golden potato code might/will not work but you can now find the golden potato in scrooge vault door you will see some golden glitter coming from the door just press your pickup button and it pops out

Timebending is the only one currently giving bonus. The garden and mining are only giving a bonus of one. I asked about this on the ddlv server and was told one is the expected and anything over one was a glitch

The dlc has accesss to pinnapples which sale for omost as much as pumpkins 🎃 do. And, the pinnapples are much easier to gain access to early on an start farming an saling. Compared to pumpkins 🎃 which tales alot more effort to unlock conpared to pinnapples If you can afford it, get the dlc, an unlock Pineapples 🍍
