I always thought the fight happened because Norman was kind of embarised when it was disclosed it was Pauls Idea to take the boat. It was weighing on him as he was supposed to play the leader as the older brother, but was influenced by Paul. The sandwitch was just the tipping point, which is why the fight followed the boat sceene. But Idk...lol
