Excellent Advise. This should be 2025 resolution. Mindful,balanced diet Daily or atleast 5 days a week exercise, running, jogging or atleast 30 mits walk. Good sleep atleast 7-8 hours per night Try to avoid or minimise Stresses.!!!

I hope this helps: there are 3 types of exercise as follows: ● cardio ● strength / resistance ● flexibility /stretching / balance Why bother exercise doing each of these types? ● Cardio: to maintain health of cardiovascular system, avoid strokes, heart attack etc ● Strength / resistance: to maintain muscle mass and funtional ability as we age / in elder years for example to walk independently and to avoid falls, to be able to move from sitting to stand easily ● flexibility and balance: for range of movement happy new year🎉
