Hi, your speech is good. But sir fruits are not a good source of Vitamin D unless you add vitamin D by yourself. Fruits are rich in Vitamin C, potassium and some have iron, and magnesium too. Yes, sun, supplements, fish, eggs, and mushrooms are good. Thank you

Dctr sahib mje 1 year sy Vitamin D ki kami he jo tmam sources sy pori kernay ki koshish jati he. Abi aj Bonviva injection lgwa he . Mn Ca breast ka treatment krwaya 3 saal huye. AlhamdUlillah ALLAH Paak ny karm kiya. But vit D3 ki kami ka pta e ni chala ta. Ab chalna phirna uthna bethna mushkil.
