Hi, your speech is good. But sir fruits are not a good source of Vitamin D unless you add vitamin D by yourself. Fruits are rich in Vitamin C, potassium and some have iron, and magnesium too. Yes, sun, supplements, fish, eggs, and mushrooms are good. Thank you
