So glad it wasn't worse - I broke my right femur and smashed bones in my foot and ankle in a climbing fall - helo evacuation also. You're pretty funny loaded on morphine - it doesn't effect me as much, although it did make the pain seem like it was in a different neighborhood...hoping for a quick complete recovery and some Rampage conquest!

Not sure if it was morphine, could have been fentanyl too (thats what I got when I broke my femur and got airlifted out of Lenzerheide). My experience was similar to his with the drug so I would expect he got that. Lets just hope its all good for rampage.

Quick search and I found that: a) fentanyl is 100x stronger than morphine (wtf!); around 20-50x stronger than heroine b) it's very deadly and can be easily overdosed. Not sure what gave him but glad they gave him the right amount to be high but still be here!

Wife had a similar injury, though fewer stitches, while running a mountain ultra three weeks ago. She’s been running for a few days now and getting her strength back fast. So five weeks to recover for Rampage isn’t out of the question but is gonna be tough…. Best wishes B-dog…. I’ll buy some of your grips for my ride to help make a dent in that hospital bill !!!

Lmao Bren seemed to be enjoying the morphine. That's legit, would suck to lie there in pain. Luca Shaw also took a pretty good crash. Didn't look that bad until they replayed it in slow motion and you saw his back smack directly against a rock. Heal up man!
