1. you pick the ones that ordered first 2. you find VALUABLE and trustworthy vendors before you start taking preorders for things you dont even know are going to get there on time + not broken. 3. no none of this is your fault that they came broken, but you win some and loose some as a small buiz. ❤

I did pick the orders that come first! I’ve used the first vendor before for other items that have came in perfectly fine so that’s why I trusted them with the preorders. And definitely win some, lose some!

Right!! The delivery companies truly don't give a shit😅 I'm trying to get compensation from UPS because why the heck did you deliver some of these boxes where you could just hear that there was broken glass inside!!

girl! I wanted to cry for you when I heard to boxes. I hope the vendor refunded you at least. They definitely could have added more padding in that box. Question - do you usually use clear tape + the water activated tape? I find that my water activating take apparently dries out and starts peeling during transit.

Thank you!! And yes, I do! I usually do a layer on clear tape underneath to avoid any issues during transit!

You should get your money back after you return the broken boxes or let the supplier know everything broke so they can refund you

Definitely been working on getting refunds from them and UPS for even delivering the vases where you could hear there was broken glass!
