“What color the child would be?” Is a normal conversation in my culture. I am from Sri Lanka and “would the child be darker or lighter” is a very normal thing to talk about. The only thing that is certain in this story is that the part where Harry talks about the funeral clearly shows that as a child, he went through a trauma that affects him to this day. Shortly after the interview, Oprah clarified that they want it to be known that Prince Philip and the Queen did not make the "concerning" comments. With all the publicity since then about racism, he could have spoken out before now and said they weren't racist - particularly when Meghan said they wouldn't reveal who had these conversation(s) with Harry because "I think that would be very damaging to them".
