One of my first jobs was on a bar in a hotel. I had a woman scream in my face because we had a power cut and I couldn’t run her order through the till/register. I barred her for the rest of the night and management actually backed me up! 😂

Lmao all that fuss and she was wrong. He did have oysters written on his preference list but under dinner. But the crew would only have them ready the next day. So the crew did make a mistake and she gave him a whole lecture about putting stuff on his preference list. Which he did do :’)
