I live in the EU and free health care doesn`t work in practice. Firstly it is not free you are forced to pay for it even if you don't use it. If you need it sorry bro wait for 5 -10 yrs for basic stuff. Often you need crowd fund treatment in the USA anyway because nor refunds.
