Thats how i feel, plus he kinda rages after every hit and immediately redos/wastes hour glass. There have been many plays throughout the years he missed because of redoing after raging.

I saw someone explain that Delirium always spawns in a double room adjacent to only one room even though it shows as a single room on the map. So when you're looking for him on the map, you have to see if a double room could fit in that spot without touching any other rooms. It really helps. I personally like trying to fight every boss before Delirium, so I only go in the rooms I know can't be Delirium first.

First time I used a sacrifice room in isaac I got Sacred Heart on first floor. I thought its a super common item that shows up a lot. Easily the best item if you dont have any unlocks.

So, I have a question. If you say you can't see anything, when you are trying to do things in a non-hostile room/cleared room, why do you continue to fire if it just obstructs your vision? I know it's most likely a muscle memory/gameplay style thing, I just thought it was kind of funny how numerous times during the episode you complained/pointed out that you couldn't see when wanting to do something i.e. placing a bomb or picking up items
