I'm not sure if Sinvicta knows about an effect from deep pockets. If a room would yield no reward you instead get 1-3 coins. Good value in general but even better if paired with sack head replacing some coins with sacks. One of my favorite more subtle synergies.

When you think that there will be a greed fight on the floor, is it smart to check the secret room first so that he spawns there, or does it not effect the spawn at the shop?

I find it funny how the two Isaac youtubers I watch, Sinvicta and Lazy Mattman, are the exact opposite in terms of playstyle. Mattman is all about wacky, risky type of gameplay and Sinvicta is incredibly safe.
