These cars don’t overheat in Middle East. Why in Nigeria?

Still doesn't add up, this engine failure occurred as the engine overheated, of the pump stopped working as result of overheating. Still a terrible engineering in my analysis. I have seen Toyota engine get wrecked by overheating before Toyota Corolla 2004 to 2007 model, that at last engine need rebuilding as the piston rings deformed.

@ bro even my Lexus is350 had the same thing was accelerating and suddenly I felt loss of power and next thing weird noise and the engine hooked ( this was sha after a service ) so I just got a couple back crankshaft, uptill today I’m still stunned and funny enough before this the previous engine knocked too but to be fair I just started the car and stepped on the gas immediately. I agree with your point that German and Honda engines are way stronger than toyotas

Overheating should blow top cylinder head gasket not damage the crankshaft
