Back in the 90s-2000 when everyone played Resident Evil like a survival horror game. Slow, methodical, inventory manages, no guides (unless ur lucky to have a guide book), in the night with friends or family, save rooms. Nowadays, everyone is just Speedruns Gods. I miss the old vibes of playing Resident Evil games, especially the Original Trilogy.

I like to explore the environment to see how the effects are like does the grass move? If it does how natural is it? Sometimes even I stand still to enjoy the scenery or to see how lively the environment is and how the cycle works if it's big or open world. So I can assume you're an RE fan like me. You said you like the OG trilogy but which one is your favorite? Have you played the new ones? What do you think about them? Also are you a SH fan as well? What do you think about the SH series?

@@rohambahraee My favorite of the OG trilogy is Resident Evil 3 Nemesis 1999, mainly due to the Raccoon City setting itself, the atmosphere, environment, zombie outbreak, people of Raccoon City, Jill Final escape, and of course Nemesis himself. RE3 Nemesis also has my favorite score of the franchise. My 2nd favourite is of course og RE2 and RE1 1996. Yes, i have played the new ones (Mostly the main entries) and I enjoy them. Story wise, it's kind of a mess since the "crisis" is all over the place, but hey it is what it is. I used to play the og SH1 as a kid, but I got to scare and never finished it lol.

@@danskyl7279 So it's 3, 2, 1 respectively, good to know. You're right the atmosphere in 3 was great but I wish there were more survivors to intract with. And who doesn't like Nemesis. About the score, which one is your favorite? You know the series has many iconic scores. You're also right about the story, it's kinda all over the place especially for us older fans who played the first games. I don't think it's bad but it can be better. What do you think about 4, 5 and 6? My favorite is 4. Since the first 3 are your favorite what's your thoughts about the remakes, have you played them? Did you like them? About SH... I played it as a kid too and man it was, scary that i couldn't go through it but after playing through it I wasn't scared anymore. It still had a creepy and errie atmosphere though

The survivor reached a small, out of the way maintenance room off the street. It offered some respite from the bloody chaos going on outside and throughout the city, but he knew it couldn’t last forever. He knew what was coming, his friends in the STARS team had tried to warn him, they tried to warn everyone, but most didn’t listen. He reflected on how he was dismissive too at first, but it was when Chambers had caught up with him down in the department garage that he began to listen. She was still rookie when they had left on the call that night but after they came back, those that did, she had a different air about her, they all did. He had seen her throwing all of her belongings in her car like she was leaving forever and wandered over to her, his gear clutched in his hand. “Hey Becca, what’s going on?” She was leaning halfway in her car, placing some more of her stuff in the backseat when she heard him approach. She backed her way out and stood up with a heavy sigh and looked at him. “Hey Quentin, you heading out?” “Nah, I picked up some OT and just ran down here real quick to get a few things from my car.” He shrugged and then eyed the pile of her things in her backseat. “You taking some time off or what?” She looked at him for a moment with an almost sad gleam in her eye. “Quentin…” She trailed off. He could see something was really troubling her, he didn’t really think she was just taking some time off, he was just trying to break the ice with simple conversation. Everyone in the department knew the debrief their team had had with Irons. To say it started out as a simple brief that turned immediately loud and hostile was an understatement. Rumors were floating that Chris had to be restrained by Barry, and that the chief had dismissed them all with no follow up and threatened suspensions if not outright termination. It was so bad that ever since then the air was thick with tension all over the department. Quentin leaned in and met her gaze, “what’s going on Becca? What happened out there?” Her head dropped and her shoulders slouched a bit, almost like in that moment she had felt utterly defeated. He looked around for a moment before lowering his tone. “Hey it’s cool, you can talk to me, what happened to you guys? What happened to Captain Wesker and the others?” When he mentioned the captains name he saw her demeanor change almost completely. She threw her head up and slightly back, her eyes seemed to squint and her lips curled into a slight snarl. She finally looked at him. “Quentin, I know you heard, the rumors have been muttered all over the precinct…” Quentin looked puzzled but held her gaze, “yeah I’ve heard some things but…” She cut him off, “it’s true, all of it. We didn’t make up anything. Wesker, Enrico, all of the ones who didn’t come back, they’re dead. It was fucking bad!” The way she just blurted it out made him seriously rethink his own position about what he had heard. The stories of monsters and labs, and big corporate cover ups. If that was all true then it was way bigger than anyone could ever believe, Umbrella was a huge investor in the city and its infrastructure and everyone knew it. His own look changed and she saw it. She reached over and gently gripped his shoulder. “I’m gone Quentin, I can’t tell you where. But please, you have to leave. I don’t know how or why but I have a strong feeling we stepped into some seriously bad shit here and things are gonna get bad. Get out of town as soon as you can.” Quentin felt a shiver go down his spine at her words. She was looking him dead in the eye when she had said that and he felt no lying there. A moment of doubt came to him and he attempted to reply. “Becca…” She shook her head, “I gotta go, please do what I said. Get what you need and just get the hell out of here fast. Take care of yourself and watch your back.” Before he could say or do anything she came in for a quick hug and then got in her car and drove away. He let the memory play in his mind for a bit longer while he sat trying to catch his breath in the small room. It was quiet and he couldn’t barely believe that just beyond the heavy metal door a scene of the apocalypse was in full play. But he felt safe for a moment, the room offered him that much for at least a time. He set down his carbine on a small work table and took off his pack. Pulling a small water bottle from it, he took a long and refreshing pull before capping it and placing it back. He then checked his magazine pouches on his load bearing vest and was satisfied with his current stock of ammo. While he may not have been able to get of the city when he should have, he at least was able to ensure he had some weapons and supplies to help him make the trip. Still, he did regret not leaving sooner, it would have been easier. But as he ran his self check he snickered, it was no use focusing on the what ifs and should haves now. He checked his pistol to ensure a full mag with one in the chamber before placing it back in his thigh holster. He threw his pack around his shoulders and tightened it down and then reached for his M4. He closed his eyes and took a few deep breaths, envisioning his planned path through the city and steeling himself for the trek. He shouldered his weapon. “Alright, let’s get it done…” He reached for the door, opened it, and even while the sounds of chaos and monsters came flooding back in, he willed himself to move and in a moment he was gone into the night.
