I lived in Leesville for around 5 years when I was younger my step dad was stationed on Fort Polk and it definitely is a different atmosphere.

I noticed that the streets are very clean! Living in Los Angeles, I do not seen clean streets like that often.

Nice video, but including some residential footage would have been a nice addition. I have a son in Shreveport, but I do not want to live in Shreveport. I want to move to Louisiana, so this video was helpful. Thanks.

Appreciate you checking out the video. If you want an opinion. All depends on how far from Shreveport you want to live. Lafeyette, LA is a great place to live. It's cajun country with a home town feel. I'm a little bias, this is where I am from.

@@exploringthesouth975 I thought you was the town cop based on how many stop signs you didn't come to a full stop at.

You are right. I have a bad habit when I am exploring.

the video started out okay, but then it turned into just driving down the streets with the dashcam and no talking. I would like to see more research done on this town, then comment more as you're driving. A camera mounted on a movable gimble to see side to side would be much better.
