I can completely understand this overhaul. If you dismantle an engine, I would renew the piston rings as well. For the rest, it's a very nice job

You need to adjust the throttle on the carburetor because it's running too high & you need to lower the tines more so they can actually till the dirt,because they as it is now they're just skimming the top of the dirt & I don't know what that metal wheel is for but you don't need it,now if you were in a rice patty that wheel would be handy,so yeah, take off the metal wheels in the back & lower the handlebars & adjust the throttle on the carburetor bcause it's running too high
