After sharing with you about my strtuggle TTC in my previous video, and receiving overwhelming positive feedback, I decided to share something extremely personal. My motivation for filminig this video is to bring light to real life struggles that some of you may be going through, as well.

I find a marriage therapist the same idea as homeowners insurance...you don’t wait for your home to burn down before you get it, you buy it while things are good & therapy is the same. It is courageous people like yourself speaking out that will help make therapy the norm, which is wonderful! All the best.

I work as an IVF nurse and I’m struggling with my own infertility. It is hard to tell someone that they’re not pregnant especially when I’m at home having a lot of negative tests on my own. You are so fun, and I feel like we could be friends in real life! Haha you’re great!

THERAPY is WONDERFUL !!! I just started going 3 months ago. Best decision I have made for myself. I wish I would have gone sooner in my life. Having someone just listen without judgment helps so much. And the advise is so helpful and makes so much sense. I hope all goes well for you and your husband.

My husband is a therapist and we are doing marriage therapy because our marriage is going thru hard times.. sad my husband never has time to talk to the therapist but it has being soooooo good for me, omg amazing! Good for you! Therapy is something that 99% of the people need. To me therapy is just like a good friend who isn’t afraid to tell you what they think. It helps you see things from a different perspective.

My dad was a therapist for most of his life (he passed away last year). If more people had your outlook on therapist, we would be a much healthier country! Wishing you success on conceiving!

I almost had to go the ivf route. Unfortunately I can't imagine how you feel, because I didn't go through it. I am sorry. I wish I had words of wisdom for you. The therapist is an AWESOME idea. This might sound odd, but my sister went to a TCM doctor and got acupuncture and took Chinese herbs. She also took maca root to balance her hormones. She didn’t take that long to get pregnant after that. Going on a vacation is a great idea and stress reliever, it worked for you last time. Therapy has helped me so much for anxiety and stress!

Aleen, I have heard both have success rates. I really love acupuncture. I was skeptical but desperate the first time I went to one. She worked wonders and it was all natural so I was extremely impressed!

Hi Katie, I'm new to your channel so I'm commenting very late regarding this vlog however, I'm commenting anyway. My husband and I have been married 28 years. We have one beautiful daughter. After having her, I had 2 miscarriages and we made the decision to stop trying and we feel so blessed to have her. Our marriage has survived because of prayer and therapy. We've been through wonderful times and horrible times but we are still hanging in there. I am a perfectionist as well. Thank you for you honesty. You are to be commended for doing whatever it takes to keep your marriage strong and healthy. ;)

You should really consider going 100% dairy free. They have so many vegan options/replacements nowadays. What do you have to lose?? So many have improved their fertility ditching dairy.
