Eagle Point Campground is owned by the NYS Department of Conservation and located on the western shore of beautiful 9 mile long Schroon Lake. The town of Schroon is small and very quaint with nice restaurants and a small beach. There are weekly activities at the library and boat house dock. Schroon has great fishing, and boats, canoes, and kayaks can be rented at the marina at the north end of town. There's a nice drive around the lake and a stop at the Adirondack Country Store for lunch is worthwhile.

Dear Dee and Lee - just found you, love your adventures and reporting! Tired of all the western US focused youtubers. We live in New England, love the east coast and especially upstate NY! Vacationed outside of the area for too long, ready to rediscover the east. We have a small travel trailer, wish we had a van but you never know! How was the cell service at this campground? My husband works remote and we are looking for campsites to go to that he would be able to log in to work.

Good morning Laura The service here is spotty, with t-mobile and Verizon isn’t much better, BUT with our our weBoost we were able to easily work with 3bars, just enough to send emails if needed. Hey, thx for watching and subscribing, and we do have other vids of amazing campgrounds in the vicinity that do have great cell service. 👍🏽👍🏽
