a self care day 🕯️🍃 peaceful, cozy and aesthetic

As-salamu Aleikum!
Hope you're all doing good, inshaAllah. Sharing a much-needed self care day.
Brownie Pie recipe
Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar (i used monkfruit sweetener)
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
Press into pie pan and bake for ~8 mins.
Filling:
- 8 tablespoons butter (i used a little bit less)
- 2 oz chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup sugar (i used monkfruit sweetener)
Melt the three ingredients above over heat, then transfer to another bowl to cool. Then add:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Pour into pie pan and bake @ 350F until ready (for me it took 30 mins)

What a beautiful video MashAllah! Labneh or mozzarella on the top of your zaatar mix is gonna be delicious, give it a try once in a while.
