I did not realize how much your videos affect me. I had become in a routine before getting ready for bed and turning on KZbin and watching you before bed helped get me in such a good mindset and healthy eating habits. I didn’t realize that I had trickled off. I know you post more on TT but I have to actively search, and you don’t always pop up on IG and the quick videos just don’t do it justice. Last night I got ready for bed saw you had posted and immediately started watching! I felt so calm and so happy, today I cleaned out my fridge did a healthy restock deep cleaned my house and just honestly had this urge for better self care. It’s because of you.
