29M 30 Sec's in is what i was referring to in a recent post that I had made. My post was the necessity to "Think that way" ( due to my experiences "Growing Up" ) and i was surprised how many DON"T do this as their "Fitness Regime" but prefer to throw or kick a ball. Good session, Lads
