I presume if you're a woman, the process is slightly different. You grab with the lower hand, and twist.

At a basket ball game for kids, a short dad with an attitude attacked a much larger dad, who put him on the ground, too hard. Short dad dies, larger dad goes to prison. Happened here in WA.

As kids in Scotland in the 70's we used to fight with our leather belts, swinging the metal buckle at each other & whipping each other with the other ends

Seems like the blade can only come out if you are against another knife or gun and feel your life is in imminent danger with NO other option. The case where the man got 9 years for brandishing is insane, but that cant be the normal punishment.

there is easier way. 1. she lays both hands on top of your fist with her fingers intertwined. 2. she press both her hands towards her head with your fist under her palms and she brakes fingers joints in your fist. 3. at the same time she bends fast down forward and breaks your wrist in the hand you hold her hair with.

For grappling? For one you're too close to get any effective hits off other than elbows arguably, and this takes the card of excessive force out of the deck if you can manage some control rather than elbowing a person or kneeing them in some sort of clinch over and over.
