Is she paying child support for her 5 illegitimate children? Of course not. Was she ever ordered to pay? Of course not.

"Some guy" sold his truck to post her bond, and he wrote her a letter while he was in his own "recovery," but they "don't talk" and she doesn't know where he is now? Big time red flag.

She sounds like she's getting it. She didn't try to oversell herself, and didn't try to undersell her past bad decisions. She's got a solid job, and is not messing around with romantic relationships in early recovery. I wish her the best, and that she can eventually make amends for past misdeeds.

It all starts when she admits she has a problem, then she becomes receptive to treatment. The Judge sure is opening doors for this girl and her kids to have a life again.
@jbmcb3 ай бұрын
@@RKBaxter Being receptive to the treatment is the key part. If they don't want treatment they'll never get better. I don't like it when judges force people into treatment instead of jail. They are putting an undue burden on the treatment centers and it's not going to work.

Judge Middleton always asks good, probing questions. Asking who posted her bond and how many hours a week she works is something most judges don't do. 👍

A lot of these defendants, I see them and think, obviously they're still very young so if they can stay clean, they've still got their whole lives ahead of them. Then it's like, 5 kids? JFC.

While crazy court cases are interesting, it’s good to see cases where the defendant is getting on the right track. These judges are definitely caring people who want to see someone turn their life around.

The defendant obviously has a hard road to follow. The critical part is the development of an increasingly stronger character of self-discipline to overcome her trials and tribulations. This, of course, is not easy and will necessitate persistent focus upon the ultimate goal. This comes from the individual themself and with the help of others. This desired result is realistically achievable, but the alternative is very bleak. Increased confidence in herself if very important.

They were in the basement an his brother wife have him a Adderall she didn't know he was already on blue zannîes n drinking all day, his heart exploded.
