One thing though you have exhubby that cheats the whole time during the marriage but the wife walks away because she was also physically abused mentally abused and emotionally abused and decided to divorce this narcissist and takes advantage of this person that was loyal, an animal like that needs to be taught a good lesson and taken out in the middle of nowhere where and dealt with.

Duh. The child support isnt about the cheating against a partner. Its for the child. So,no matter the gender, the parent who have the child/children the majour of time,get the support. The parent who dont have the child,pays. For the childrens keep. Its about the kids. Not about who wrecked the relationship. Dont make child support to be like a punishment game. Its a childs keep. Simple.

It's supposed to be lile this. Reality is different! Women tend to use child support for themselves. Moreover the fact that they are with the kids doesn't mean that they are the better parent. They get the kids by reflex just because they are women.

My ex wife cheated for 12 years out of our 14 year marriage took my kids out of state I wasn’t allowed visitation unless I paid for a plane ticket every summer

So you should have went to court. Then she cant remive children to another state,just like that. IF you had your children like a parent ,meaning , regulary parenting. You need to fix it yourself, dont just complain about the ex. It should be about the children. Who cares about the cheating . You chose to stay for years. Its in the past. It should be about the children. Poor kids. Selfish parents. Or,one selfish parent, and one whining lame one. Sigh.

I don't know where you live but by law a mother cannot take her child out of state that child has to stay in the state that that child was born in unless you give her the right to do so so I don't know if this is true or not or is just made up or something but no judge or police would allow that to happen it is actually kidnapping even though it's her own child is considered kidnapping if she moved out of state
