I was the landlord for a high rise project housing. They are not the best way of building a community. It's institutionalizing the poor into prison like buildings, and it's time to tear them down.

EH CBunny when your getting something basically for free...you take what you are given and you give thanks. If you think the government (the people) are going to provide unlimited valuable land for sprawling neighborhoods for those that are not contributing for whatever reason, it’s not going to happen. i live in a very nice example of this in Belgrade sadly the inhabitants have no respect for what they inherited pig fat frying cat and pigeon feeding and throwing trash from the window is the norm humans as they are still it works well no one blaring music.
