A simple and a quick way to import an external model into PSPICE and demonstration on a VisIC GaN transistor.
An explanation of a simple and quick method for incorporating an external model into schematic capture of PSPICE. The method is demonstrated by importing a GaN MOSFET model and running a simulation that generates the Id=f(Vgs,Vds) curves of the device. The output file is then used to explain the reverse conduction behavior of the GaN transistor.
