Your baby account is crushing it! I started listing 10/day because of a video you dropped about a week ago. I was listing 5-7/day very consistently but with a lack of focus so I was struggling. The challenge forced me to tighten up my processes & put in more effort but now I'm crushing over 10+ listings a day AND finishing the day off at a reasonable time instead of working all day. I'm building a pretty hefty draft bank quickly and am planning on taking more mini vacations 😀My daily sales have grown by 130% and I'm planning on going for 15/day next month which will place me at a very comfortable position. Thanks for the motivation & all the knowledge you're dropping - I'm hype!

My guess is Transformers Chris...hope I am right. by the way I am up to 2828 active listings today. I had just over 1800 in May when I started listing every day like you. I have 2 other jobs so I am only up to 14 new listings per day because I only have a few hours a day to do ebay but working on processes to make it faster and still not selling as much as I would like but I am not giving up. Tech used to source everything himself until COVID and had to adjust. He totally sourced and listed 150 items a day hitting 40+ stores a week like clockwork. It’s just straight up determination.

I just don't get it. I am selling one-offs. These items typically need to come out of the boxes, be laid out to show all the parts, and point out any defects. I also do 12 photos I try to keep the descriptions down to just a few sentences. Then they have to be weighed and measured to calculate shipping and I also have to look up comps. If I can do 3 in an hour I'm doing good.

We sell Amazon returns. Each item has to be opened, checked, tested, sanitised and photographed. We then use a listing service for $1.40 per listing to research, price it up, and then write it all up as a draft for us to review and set live. We have one guy who can process 60 - 70 products per day. We write off about 30% of the pallets, sell small items on a boot sale, and bundle small multiples.

My only issue is getting inventory in bulk. I want be the best version of myself but i need inventory in bulk. I made a few calls today have to follow up on monday. Finding sources is my biggest problem. And no not small sources like thrift stores, flee markets, yard sales, and bins. Big sources. I'm at the point where i don't feel like messing around anymore.
