We really hope you enjoy seeing how we decorate the cottage simply, authentically and sustainably. Unfortunately we had a water pipe burst over the living room ceiling which has caused some damage to the room which we can't get anyone to repair until after the holiday period. I love bringing nature inside. I have jugs of dried branches with burrs etc on them. Better than plastic decorations.

Ah thank you so much for your lovely comment. There is nothing wrong with red bows if they bring you joy. As you say we live in very different places and even if I was living in a town house or appartment my style would not necessarily look like this but I think suits our old stone cottage x

Hi, I need to say just how absolutely beautiful your cottage is. We have a little 2 Bed cottage in the countryside,and i have to say it has the smallest open fire grate I have ever seen, all original. We absolutely love it. But your cottage is just beautiful. 😊
