I'm a beginner, and I have two major questions that I hope someone will answer. 1. are the 41 stitches worked from the BL ONLY? 2. Once you reach the end of row 4 do you start back at one, at the end of row 4 do you start back to rows 1-4 then repeat rows 1-4 again until the hat is complete
