Hyunjin is master of stage presence with great dancing skills that's why he is center. When he is on stage you can't take off your eyes of him. Technically or technique wise, Lee Know is actually the best dancer. That is why Chan made him dance leader, making him in charge of dance practices and helping the members learn choreo. Hyunjin on the other hand is a great dancer in other ways. He is a very passionate dancer. You can definitely see his passion for it come out and he is very animated which is what draws people in.

@Teddy_5678 I am not discrediting him at all. I am saying he is a great dancer in other ways. He has different strengths. One's which can't be taught by the way, so actually what I said was a compliment not an insult. Someone can be the most technically skilled dancer in the world and still not dance with the same passion. That is why Hyunjin is often center because his energy and stage presence draws people in. Not saying Lee Know doesn't, just saying Hyunjin has that undeniable stage presence.

Stray Kids are all considered all rounders. They can all rap, sing, dance and all are now helping with producing. Because of this Stray Kids do not use any titles anymore. If you ever get a chance in your free time there is a 2 hour 2024 Guide of Stray Kids that is so worth watching and I know a lot of Stays (fandom name) would be more then happy to watch it in a reaction with you. Also you don’t have to like just one member you can be an OT8 which means you like all 8 of the members.

Seungmin is not just a fan, he has been playing baseball professionally since childhood but was unable to continue due to injury, and his grandfather is also a fairly famous baseball player in South Korea. Of the recent events, there is also no mention of Seungmin's modeling career or his collaborations with such fashion brands as Loewe and Harry Winston. And this year Seungmin started hosting his own show on the official STRAY KIDS channel called "SONG BY" where he talks about his thoughts on music and sings the chosen song.

KPOP uses the term "lead" differently than in English. In older generations of kpop, a group had a main (which was the best at a skill), the lead (second best at the skill), and sub (third best at the skill). This was used to say what that particular member was in charge of in the group (and was assigned to them by the company). So someone could be a Main dancer (meaning dance was the primary skill they showed within the group), a lead rapper (they do more rapping than singing parts), and a sub vocalist (they don't sing that often in songs). Stray Kids don't actually adhere to these terms and haven't since 2020 (the company does not have titles for them other than Bang Chan as the leader), so they are used more to describe what the members like to do the most. There are other groups that do produce their own music, but it is not very common (and even less common for girl groups). For context, Bang Chan is the 4th generation idol with the most song writing credits (currently 195 registered songs) and the 4th most credited idol amongst every generation (he is also the youngest in the top 5). Changbin is the 10th most credited idol amongst all generations (the youngest in the top 10) with 168 songs and Han is 14th most credited (youngest in the top 15) with 163 songs. Within Stray Kids, there are 3 official units that focus on different skills. 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin, HAN) are the primary producers of the group and were the only unit that existed before Stray Kids. They were a hip hop group prior to being part of Stray Kids. Chan would be considered the Main producer in that he has the most credits of all the members and does the most work on songs in terms of production (not just composition and lyrics). He also helps make the remixes for their live performances. Changbin and HAN are also the main rappers as that is the area they have specialized in and worked the most on perfecting. However, every member has rapped in songs at some point in their discography. Changbin, Han, Hyunjin, and Felix are the unofficial rap line. Danceracha (Lee Know, Hyunjin, Felix) are the primary dancers of the group because they have the most interest in dance. Lee Know is the dance leader because he was the only member who had professional dance experience before joining the group as he was a former backup dancer for BTS and toured with them in Japan in 2017. The three of them also do a lot of prep with their choreography team (they aren't a self-choreographed group) as well as help with rehearsal. The three also get solos and center moments because they spend more time developing their dance skills than some of the other members. Who is the best dancer is subjective and based on your preference as an audience member. They are three very different dancers and focus on different skills. Vocalracha (Seungmin, I.N) are the primary vocalists of the group because that is the skill they have decided to focus on. Seungmin is technically referred to as the main singer of the group by the members, but this is less about his position, and more a term of endearment to the way in which the other members value his skill as a vocalist. That said, Bang Chan, Lee Know, Seungmin, I.N are considered the unofficial vocal line of Stray Kids, however, Han has a strong belting voice and is often tasked with singing as well. Every member sings so this again is more about area of interest and not a skill issue. Face of the group, visual, and center are all outdated terms in kpop these days. They were used to describe social positions. Face of the group was generally the person who represented the group in public events, interviews, and variety content (usually they had the best speaking skills or spoke the most languages) and were generally very personable and extroverted. Visual of the group was someone who met the ideal Korean beauty standards and was seen as a draw for new fans. They would often represent the group for brand deals. Center was usually the person with the strongest performance skills and also very attractive performer. Stray Kids call Changbin the group's center, but they use it to refer to the fact that he is chronologically the middle in terms of age and is very much the emotional pillar for the group as he is often looked to for help when dealing with conflict amongst the team. As for English, two of the members, Bang Chan and Felix, are native English speakers having grown up in Australia. The others have varying levels of English, with Seungmin, Hyunjin, and Han having all lived abroad and learned English. Changbin has some English. I.N and Lee Know choose not to speak English as often though they understand it well. The members also speak Japanese with varying levels of fluency. Bang Chan, Lee Know, and Han are the most fluent. JYPE (their company) requires foreign language classes. Felix is the only member who was not fluent in Korean when he joined the company. SKZ are chaos in human form, and are one of the closest brotherhoods I have seen in some time amongst kpop groups. I've been in kpop for a long long time now, and Stray Kids have stuck with me in a way no other group has over the years. There is so much talent in this industry. Stray Kids really have something special. Enjoy your journey with them.

Yeeeeaaaah, I love your honest and very raw reactions... but I think you missed some important info that was written on captions, often the queries you had were answered by the caption boxes ...like what a Visual is etc... not a big deal but we Stay are happy to pause with you, so don't be afraid of stopping and reading if needed. Enjoy your trip into Stray Kids and Stayville, we love giving info and watching reactors. So a couple things for you. BangChan is the leader, he's from Australia as well so English is his first language. He also picked all the members in the group. Positions, so technically Stray Kids doesn't have positions anymore but they are basically 3 'units' inside Stray Kids. 3Racha are the writers and producing group. That consists of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han. However, all the members now have some writing and producing credits. Changbin and Han tend to be the main rappers, along with Hyunjin and Felix Danceracha are the dance group, they help with choreography and are the main dancing groups. They consist of Lee Know (Dance Captain), Hyunjin, and Felix. They have their own strengths individually so I would say you can't choose who is the best. Hyunjin has the best facial expressions and fluidity along with stage presense. Lee Know has the best stability, power, and consistency. He was a professional dancer, even a BTS backup dancer, which is why he's Dance Captain. Felix is the most athletic and I would say super sharp in his movements. He also has an amazing stage presence. Vocalracha are the vocal group, they provide the most in vocals for the tracks. They are also the youngest members, but sometimes the most mature ones. They are also super sarcastic and sassy haha. That being said, all members are wonderful singers and have main singing parts in various songs with Lee Know, Bang Chan, and Han often being main vocals as well That's a basic breakdown, there's so much to learn and explore with Stray Kids. You'll find they tend to be chaotic, super loyal to each other and Stay, and a lot of fun

I'm so glad you watched this guide! I think it's a good length when you're first getting to know Stray Kids. Changbin called I.N INA because I.N is very clumsy and always knocks things over or drops things, etc so they all came up with INA which stands for I.N Again. Also, the song that gave you goosebumps from Seungmin is Love Poem by IU from their Kingdom performance. He sand with Jungho from Ateez, and Eunkwang from BTOB. It's beautiful. You should react to it. It gives me goosebumps every time I hear it.

Seungmin is really an incredible and just amazing person in every sense, he manages everything, no matter what he undertakes, he is good at everything. Amazing vocals also writes songs himself. Few people know that he was still in the dance club at school. His movements in choreography are always so natural and clear, as if without a drop of effort, he plays the guitar, plays baseball, football and bowling superbly at first glance you wouldn't think but he is very hardy. I will never stop admiring Seungmin.

There's a 2 hour extended, more detailed version of this guide from Chandora's World. We love the 2 hour guide, but some reactors do not have the time to sit down and get into the details of each member. Personally, i could watch it 1000 times. SKZ has tons of content--music videos, album trailers (do not miss these, they're like mini-movies), osts, live performances, Kingdom performances, SKZ-player, SKZ Code, and numerous extraneous videos and logs. The members also go live on their preferred platform. TikTok live, Instagram live, Bubble...all depending on which member you're catching up with.

The question "Is it a good thing that they self-produce?" I can't think of a negative to them doing so. I think that too often, these groups become "performers" instead of "artists". Also, I think if your members aren't at least in the double-digits in song credits, you're failing as a group to make anything meaningful or worthwhile. None of your emotions in your songs are genuine, or your own. Yes, I'm very strict on what or whom i will listen to. 😂

Stray Kids is divided into “racha” Felix, Hyunjin and Lee Know are Danceracha, they are the main dancers but Lee Know is the leader, he is responsible for most of the choreography. Seungmin and I.N they are Vocalracha, they are the main vocalists Han, Changbin and Bang Chan are 3Racha, they are responsible for producing Stray Kids' songs. Lately everyone has been helping to compose songs, Felix is the face because he is the most “known” so he always starts the live performances. Hyunjin It's the group's visual but he doesn't like to be known just for that, he wants to be recognized for his dancing and his talent, that's why he doesn't like to say that it's the group's visual.

Hello Mister, SKZ are 8 multi talented guys. All sing, rap, dance, compose music and create lyrics. They are self produced by Chan, Binnie and HAN. Chan and Felix are Australians. That's why they speak English. You can do yourself a favour and take the time to react to a longer guide, that does justice to SKZ. Those short guides are not enough for beginners, to learn about the group. I highly recommend a 2024 guide. They usually last about 2 hours. But are very informative. Meanwhile the younger guys are 24, except for I.N , who will turn 24 next February. They are no " babies" anymore 🙂 You should also watch some live videos, for example SKZ at Lapalooza Chicago (2024). Enjoy your ride.🌸
