First of all, I would like to thank you for this. On behalf of all of your subscribers, I would like to say we love and appreciate you 🥰. I have heard so many great things about oil treatment, but it takes so long to see results. But you are right, there are no fast ways to this. I need to hop on this train and stay consistent.

I love, love your videos! I use Jamaican black castor oil, olive oil and argon oil in my hair. I’m liking the oils that your using I think I may add a few for experiment to see if there a difference. Thank you for sharing your routine!

I discovered batana oil. It's thick (like a butter) and I like that it doesn't drip from hair. I don't warm it up, I just apply it cold. I then put a plastic cap and keep it in overnight. It's the best oil for me for hot oil. I also use not so common oils like babassu oil, moringa oil, baobab seed oil, tamanu oil, hemp seed oil, chia seed oil, rosemary oil and marula oil.

Hi Sheila 👋🏾 😊. I am amazed by the thickness now. Other routines helped in achieving it, but oil treatment helped a lot as well. Please let me know how your hair is feeling after a few months of doing it.

I’m struggling to achieve thick, healthy hair despite my efforts. I trim regularly, deep condition weekly with a hair steamer, and moisturize and seal daily or every other day. However, there always seems to be a gap at the back of my hair when I wear it down. I wear a ponytail most days, eat healthily, and work out five times a week. My main issue is excessive sweating on my scalp, but this doesn’t seem to affect growth. I see that my hair grows, but the gap at the back never disappears, and I want to achieve a blunt look when wearing my hair straight down. Could you offer any tips? I’m starting to lose hope.

Hi, the ponytail style could be breaking down your hair, especially if it's tight or worn in the same position. One youtuber called it "fishtail" breakage - HOW TO STOP FISHTAIL BREAKAGE - Hope this helps...

@@MrsLady-fn7do Yes I thought the same thing. Get someone to slowly even it out over time trimming if she's afraid of losing too much length at once🙏
@tungamirayi76565 ай бұрын
You might want to stop wearing a ponytail every day. If you can, put your hair in a protective style. I had a major breakage after I had a baby. I use chebe powder (I buy mine straight from N'Djamena Chad from a small Chadian company called Mande Balla Cosmetics). I put it in a leave in conditioner (I like It's a 10 Miracle Leave In Conditioner and Shea Moisture Miracle Leave In Conditioner) and add an oil. I twist my hair with the mixture. Not only does chebe makes the hair extremely moisturized, but it also keeps my hair strong. Hair no longer breaks. It is thicker and fuller now. Also try hot oil treatment using batana oil. I don't warm it up (it's a thick oil). I put it overnight (put a plastic cap) and shampoo the following morning. It's the best oil for hot treatment for me. Best.

Try adding a conditioner only cowash to your routine in the middle of the week. By doing that and using a protective style instead of a ponytail, you should see improvements. Don't give up, and be patient. It takes time to achieve results.

@@CassysHairCare I have low porosity hair and it seems like that’s the only oil my hair really loves. Jamaican Black Castor Oil is just too thick and the other oils seems like my hair feels rough but with Argan oil my hair feels soft and smooth.
@CassysHairCare5 ай бұрын
@@pamelamccants3611 I understand. I don't use Castor oil every day on my hair because of its thickness, but it is wonderful for hot oil treatment on wash day because of its properties. The hot oil treatment leaves my hair feeling strong and thick for sure.

If you can't find black Castor oil then just do hot oil treatments with oils such as olive, Avocado, coconut, amla if you can find them. I explained in the video how to do a hot oil treatment. Give that a try and see.

I'm sorry to hear about your hair issues! 😥 Hair loss can be due to various reasons, including health-related factors, stress, vitamin or nutrient deficiencies, or the way we care for our hair and the products we use. It's important to look at all these aspects and check in with your doctor and get the input of a trusted hair professional. In the meantime, try incorporating this black castor oil routine KI showed in this video and hot oil treatments into your regimen, minimize manipulating your hair too much, and make sure to take your vitamins. Just remember a healthy hair care journey requires lots of patients. And if anyone else here have some more tips for hair loss. Please leave them below to help each other out 🥰💖.

Yes, deep conditioning on every wash day is a must to keep your hair healthy and growing. It strengthens your hair and helps prevent breakage.
