I read Normal People after watching the series, the dialogue in the show is basically word for word in the book. I love the way the book is written as it is fairly unique, it’s a good quick read but yeah literally exactly the same as the TV program, it’s probably the closest representation of a book into TV i’ve ever seen

When you and Jack have broccoli - give the dogs the stalk that you don’t eat (raw) - our dogs love it! Forthglade is also another amazing wet food for dogs if you wanted to try an alternative x

For sure. Most raw veggies and some fruits are great for dogs. There are lists of good and bad raw foods for dogs and cats. My dog loves watermelon, carrots, blueberries and small bits of apple with all seeds removed.

I also feel like I can get less sleep during the summer and still feel human. I live in Montana, USA so the winters are long and dark. When the summer comes around the sun stays out until like 10pm and it's so lovely, but it does make going to bed early tricky. However, my daily 6am wakeups are much easier when the sun has already been out for an hour.

Love the new wardrobes and to be honest I equally loved it all exposed like it was before too! As for the skincare, I've heard a couple of dermatologists say that there are not many benefits to layering so many skincare products (like after the first three after cleansing)... The debate between many dog owners on grain free or not grain free can become very very heated, I’m in a lot of Bulldog groups. Bulldogs with their flatter faces and that they can have breathing issues to start with are one of the breeds that you need to be careful. The difference is though, if a dog has an allergy or intolerance to grain and a vet says feed it, it’s needed. You’ve been sensible. I’m very very wary of grain free, but that’s because I have a Bulldog, my dogs issues are poultry not grain, so I feed salmon based food with salmon oil. Vets consulted in exactly the same way you have and it’s what works for the dog. There’s fad diets for pets as well as humans, but certain diets are designed for people and animals that can’t eat specific things, that’s why there are shelves full of different dog foods. My boy used to have wainwrights salmon though, they changed the formula a few years ago and now he won’t eat it. I have to have a bougie salmon food on subscription online because it’s the only food he eats that doesn’t give him a dodgy tummy. You do what you have to do for your dog and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, never seen 2 such well loved, well cared for German shepherds. They are adorable 🥰
