The face exam videos are my favorites. I love your hand movements & your glove sounds! So good!….. I’m so sorry you suffer with so much pain. I have some of the same issues as well as others. After trying many many different meds and other things to help the pain, I was prescribed pain meds for the last 15 years. I hated it but it helped, kinda. Then I heard from someone that was prescribed suboxone for pain (not addiction). I asked my dr to switch me over to that and it has been life changing. i realized the pain meds were actually making it worse. It would be great to get by with only natural stuff but that just isn’t the case. Cbd products do help when I have break thru or I’m just more sore though.
