Another great show Joseph nice cars for sure did you know the very early mini's with the external hinges were made of brass however they were expensive so did not last long maybe a 100 cars looking forward to part two best regards Andy Allen

@@lloydvehicleconsulting They would have lasted well the cost of machineing the three parts were costly recently on Retropower cars they had a early 1959 mini with the brass hinges the pins had failed so they refurbished them they look really good when polished Joseph this car was a treasured survivor it had been their dads car he passed away and they wanted it restored to new condition in his memory the result was stunning best wishes Andy Allen.

The early Minis also suffered terribly from water leaks from what I understand.

Yes, it's a 1969, so it's about ten years into production.
