Andrew just email their support, you dont even need to explain how you got it. Just say "I have X chair and Y broke" and they will either send you the parts or a new chair (probably a new chair). This is part of the customer service you get when chairs cost that much lol.

Andrew- If you get a regular email from stuff you dont want, click one of them, and scroll to the bottom of the message. There should be an option called 'unsubscribe' which will make that company stop sending that email. There are also services that will do this for you in bulk, if you dont have the time personally.

I was with Andrew on the email deleting. I had no idea. It makes sense not to delete them. Phone storage gets drained when you have too many emails and they emphasize how much space emails are taking up. They really push you to delete them. I'm going to stop stressing about that
