I want to add. I seen that everyone was saying y'all were having family issues. I prefer to stay outta it. But let me say this. Seeing Dirt daddy come over with that tire and y'all working together spite all the underlying issues. Y'all are the perfect definition of family. All family's fight it's a fact. But family's that fight and overcome the issues are true family. Y'all had a difference so what. The most important thing here is. Y'all at the race track doing whatcha love doing with each other. I think what Joseph is saying is that Jesse likes to drive in the corner hard which causes him to push up the track which kills his momentum coming off the corner.

Dirt Daddy was in the mix, competing in his race. Sucks he got caught in some trouble. Jesse drove a nice race also, with Johnathon & Joesph at his side speed will come.

Michael Mcclure I agree with you 100% but Jesse needs to listen to Joseph when he’s giving advice instead of rolling his eyes and arguing. At one point in the video Joseph had to tell him to listen and not argue because he was right.

I give him credit for Jesse running a good clean race. The main problem I seen was he seemed to have not let the car rotate into the corners but I could be wrong. Still a great job for his 2nd race behind the wheel.

Jesse needs to just set back an listen an take it all in. Because Jonathan and Joseph know way more then he knows. Joseph is telling him the facts but Jesse kinda acts like he knows it all.

Well said. What really impressed me about both Jessie and DD was you could see their confidence in their car control had gotten so much more that they were both racing fairly aggressively. Not so much trying to pass people but to hold their position. Fast cars would try to dive underneath them and yet they both would hold their inside line tight and with the other car right at their door. Awesome! The total rush of racing side by side........That was GOOD racing!

I’ve been racing Late Models since I was a teenager, for pretty close to 20 years and I have to say that Jesse is doing a DANG Good Job!!! Several weeks back in his first time out, I did say he was fighting the car and jerking on the wheel too much, But since then he is getting much better with that. In no time he will get smoother and smoother, and faster and faster. Don’t sweat it Jesse, You’re doing a Fine Job!! 👏👏👏👍 P.S We can’t forget that although Jesse is in a Good Car, There are many guys out there in FAR NEWER, and FAR BETTER Equipment... 🤷‍♂️💯

Rubbin is racin man. I learned early on, that if you aren't a little aggressive, or are too patient, you run out of time and lose. He was not driving dirty. Big difference in my opinion.

Thank for the video it was fun to watch and thanks for editing it so we can watch it on Monday !!! Jessie did good again, he looked a bit smoother than the last race, it also looked like once Bo got around him Jessie was able to see his line and the car looked faster. Not sure what the times difference was but it did look better. Like some of the others have said I would loosen Jessie’s car up where it’s wanting to spin out and then start tightening it up each session he has. It was easier to tighten a car up than it was to loosen one up. Way to go everybody good weekend and a safe weekend, look forward to the next one !! HTF Nation

I think that's one of the better races I've seen since I went back to day one when you guys started Jesse's learning and dirt Daddy he's about my age that I am now and he's giving it his all just shows that even though we're old we can still race last year I made the last couple of races of the season but I dropped from the late models to Street stocks and I'm going to try to make as many as possible this but I really enjoyed this video even though it's an older one I'm just trying to catch up on from when you guys started to where I'm at now kind of binge-watching

Good run for both cars, just 1 was took out a little to soon. Jesse don’t get worked up with Joseph even if he is harping at ya. That’s experience talking there. I’m sure they’re a few drivers out here that would pay for Jo-Jo’s harping. That boy is a driver buddy. I think what he’s trying to get to ya, you seem to be driving in way hard into the corner & the car starts pushing before you get it turned to come outta the corners. Your running the speed you need, don’t get discouraged it’ll take time my friend. 2nd night in the seat can’t complain buddy. Hey if it wasn’t for the black & yellow you’d had a top 5 finish & stayed on the lead lap.

Love seeing Jesse race, even sparks off turn 2 wall! Looked like DD was carving a new low line thru the infield between 1 & 2, too bad the car got banged up. All things considered Team HTF did okay.

During hot laps Jesse would let up once in the corners and immediately be back on the gas. During the race he was off and on the gas twice. Between that and the excessive hand movement which also slows him down I'm surprised that he even managed to hang on to seventh. The car is never going to come around to his driving style, his driving needs to change.
