I believe those police interceptor crown Vics are geared to go like 60mph in reverse. Perfect car for a reverse getaway lol.

Round 2 of COPS AND ROBBERS: Marco Polo - Night Challenge. There were a few cars with the Spot Lights on them, hopefully they still run, or may have to improvise. Have the ROBBERS scatter and call Marco on the radio, then the ROBBERS have to shine their SPOTS into the sky (probably no less than 45-50 degree angle, just so James doesn't point at the ground). Maybe they have to have it on for a certain amount of time, then the COP has to hunt them down, in the dark.
