I voted for One Step Out of Time on the night and still think it was the best song for Eurovision. But watching it back now I love As Dreams Go By - it sounded familiar and I realised it ended up on Bette Midler’s Bed of Roses album. Great to see this again - 🙌🏼

'One Step Out Of Time' was a great song, sung brilliantly by Michael Ball. It came 2nd in the actual contest - the UK's best fairing for a while I think. The winner was Ireland's Linda Martin with 'Why Me?' en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Kingdom_in_the_Eurovision_Song_Contest_1992
