I have the 1000 (non-tube.). It’s a marvel of engineering design. It drives Susvara decently on low volume, and pairs well with Utopia 22. Not as lifelike as Hugo2 but more amp power. However, Tidal is horrendously sluggish to the point where it’s unusable. Would be curious to know if fixed on 1000T. Edit: not fixed. Worse. At least two reviews mention a slower UI than on the previous model with streaming apps. Buyer beware.

I just purchased this. Can you speak to the sound quality of the speaker outputs? I read they don't get the tube effect unfortunately.

Will it push Modhouse Tungstens ? I have been told they need a ton of gain.

15 vrms & nooo unless you listen out about 70 DB 70 4DB, even then can’t do the low end

I tried Lp6 pro today, really liked it smooth and huge soundstage but software slow hard to find things no wifi compare to se300.se300 got many features only the sound not as good lp6 pro I think I wil still go for se300👍 Have you listened lp6 gold version? If you have how would you compare to pro ? Lastly which headphones would you recommend with se300 from focal hifiman meze etc?

Exactly, best Bluetooth implementation best sound and you need to have it on for about 30 minutes to get the best but yes functionality is very limited. Personally I choose P6 pro every time for my use case because it sounds so much better. The nearest thing is SE 300 to that beautiful rich realistic sound good choice.

I've noticed in the past that you've commented it on how a product works with a screen reader. This implies that you either use accessibility functionality or at least care. As a screen reader user, I'm curious: how well did talkback work on this device if you know? By the way, your reviews are excellent and much appreciated.

This unit is a stripped down version of android that’s completely locked down. It does neither have talkback or have the functionality sadly. There’s only a handful of white listed amplifications that you can download and the Google suite is not one of them Thanks for the kind words I appreciate it Yes, I use a screen reader personally and as far as I am aware only the true android based units work in this manner from fiio And they also have their own slew of problems in regards to when they’re on when they’re off and especially your music playback

That's what I was afraid of. I went by their booth at Rocky mountain audio fest a couple years ago and talked to them about it, but they really didn't seem to have much interest in accessibility looks like I'll be sticking with the trusty pixel fold and Cayin RU7 combo while on the move. @@mikepedersen2042 l&p w4 might be the unit dongle you might want to look at or at the worst amp deck combo You could do what I do but it’s extremely expensive. Is the luxury and precision P6 pro DAP I use it as my channel reference and Bluetooth implementation for the such reason and situations outside is so good 90% of people will not be able to tell I’ve never heard another unit like it at any price point for Sound quality. But because I predominantly shuffle my library when listening to music or if I want to stream do it in the manner I suggested up there it works perfectly for the channel but to use ADP like a phone with accessibility at the moment is almost impossible unless you wanna drop down to fiio But the last time I used their product was five years ago with the M11 pro, maybe they’ve locked that down to now very difficult to say but I’m constantly on the lookout and if there is such a unit, I will let you guys know But honestly, I would not hold my breath

@@ConvinceMeAudio I looked into that luxury and precision but for the amount of time I want a really high-end experience outside the house it just didn't seem worth it. At home I've got a Holo audio stack that brings all the joy I could ever want. I can even read the menus with the envision glasses in a pinch.

Here on my desk right now, it’s a fantastic culmination of 000T and SP 3000, review will be coming shortly Incidentally it’s cheaper than the SP 3000 x 700 £ and it confuses the crap out of me

With P6 Pro on the market this thing (like the most daps / small formfactor amps) is absolutely redundant. Not to speak of higher end L&P stuff, like P6 Pro T99 and LP6 (ti / ae). I mean, its not even close.
