Let the METAL KINGDOM come!🙌 -NotACult- 🦊🤘👑 A new single called Mirror Mirror is coming along with the new album next March 24, also they announced a World Tour including Asia and Australia and US Festival like Blue Ridge, Louder Than Life and Aftershock, so hopefully you'll get the chance to see them live, I'm sure you will. This is why BabyMetal have no match among any other Japanese artists, top notch worldwide. Many others are finding Game Of Thrones resemblance on this stage setup, it just looks insane. The ten prophets are holding crosiers with "The Other One" logo which is similar to the infinite symbol "OO" and is the title of upcoming 4th album. The girls are carrying some kind of trident similar to the Spear Of Destiny or Lance Of Longinus from Evangelion anime series, if you know MoaMetal you know you gotta be careful with her. 🔱 Here's some official info about this song: METAL KINGDOM (THRONE) _It is a powerful anthem ushering in the beginning of a new era while also representing the power and courage to step forward into uncharted territory. The track conveys imagery of one rising powerfully from the throne of silence, with a suitable fanfare announcing this new beginning._ Ending January at Makuhari Messe, they held two big live shows returning to the stage after almost two years. and by far they meet up my expectations with this epic live performance and top notch production. SuMetal and MoaMetal showing why they're a queen and princess deserving their thrones. Those freaking cinematic drone shots making you feel like you're in a movie. We were expecting this live proshot version but we'll have to wait a little bit more for live sound. We got so many big news and announcements, a new official member is coming (most likely Momoko Okazaki, the one who has been performing with them all these years and latest live concerts) next live shows in April 1st (Fox Day) when returning once again with another headlining shows at PIA ARENA MM Yokohama. Also they performed with a new BM mirror unit coming from another world of this metalverse, so we're guessing maybe some of the older kawaii metal songs they don't play anymore will be back with this new unit, so stay tuned for more but like always OTFGK. Even after ten years BabyMetal still make me well up, with emotion. There are insufficient superlatives for the whole concept from start to present day. I don't fan boy over every song, but seeing them live is still ambition for me.

Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 This is live footage from Makuhari shows on Jan.28 /29 + studio sound. I witnessed both shows at the venue. I grantee the live sound was heavier and more powerful. You saw one octagonal movable / elevatable stage on runway but actually there were two identical stages for more surprising production. Several drones with camera were flying around all over the venue. Once this opening song got started, I had goosebumps all over my body. The show was held after the almost 2-year long hiatus after all. Seriously many of audience were moved to tears and/or dropped their jaws when the gigantic fox wall opened and the thrones came out. Yeah! I chanted all through the song. ♪ Oh oh oh o o o ♪. What a happy experience!! The Kami band was playing on the east stage that was not captured in this video. After this grave opening, 3 girls performed 12 songs with Momoko Avenger. Did you see 3 (not 2) thrones at 03:25 in your video? Yeah, BM will change. The official 3rd girl is going to be unveiled in the next shows in Yokohama on April 1/2. Yes, at last ✌ ps. I luckily managed to get tickets to the shows in April. 😍

I have never met you but dislike you intently! Only joking, I am envious you have seen BabyMetal live twice and going to see them again. Spare a though for us who can't get to Japan for various reasons. It would be wonderful if it was Yui but I that is a unrealistic hope. I would be happy with Momoko taking the third spot.

Although I was team Riho, I am now team Momoko after witnessing those recent 11 shows in 2021 & 2023 and her strenuous supports and unsung dedication to Su / Moa.

This was indeed filmed at a live concert, but the audio is from the studio recording. The concert was at Makuhari Messe in Tokyo on the 28th and 29th of January this year. I was one of the lucky kitsune who got to be there for it and it was even more spectacular in person.

Nice reaction to the Majestic return of Babymetal to their own Metal Kingdom. The stage in front of a live audience. First song on the new album and the first song they performed since the covid lockdowns were removed. Also, that day Japan removed their audience restrictions. I think the crowd might have gone wild, but everyone was in awe of what they were watching. Su on her thrown and Moa leading an honor guard. And drones flying everywhere. Everyone who was there was blessed that day with a memory they can tell their grand kids about one day. This is the way. We go to live shows for the experience. And Babymetal provides us with life altering experiences. Now will they bring the kingdom on tour with them? Getting to see those thrownes in person would be cool.

The live version with both live video and audio was just released a few hours ago. Metal Kingdom (Babymetal Returns) This is the official MV live came out just shortly after their January 28-29 Makuhari Mesde Arena show. The Video is live but audio is the studio version. I know it's confusing but the reason for this was they were having trouble with audio on the first night. Su-Metal didn't like the results, so they recoded it again on Day 2. There wasn't enough time to put it in the final version as it literally dropped hours after the show. So instead waited for the album release & BlueRay which has the live audio feed as well.
