I HAVE BOUGHT TODAY THE GE76-12uhs-322jp and it is awesome on 1080 I played apex legends and all the matches at 200-240 FPS AWESOME 👏 AND VERY HAPPY OF BUYING THIS MONSTER 💪😎and I did not realized that I bought the DELUXE EDITION THAT COMES WITH A MSI MOUSE AND A MSI HEADSET

Great reviews. I have bought the i7 12th gen 3080 TI 240hz QHD for 3500$ on Amazon through Excaliber.

@CL4K I can tell you first of all it's impressive. I would recommend getting the 240hz QHD, it's truly stunning. I had it since the 6th of April 2022. I have the i7 12th gen like I mentioned and I had to close my eyes when my card got charge. This is replacing an said gl502vs that I had since 2019. The battery got swollen and there were some throttling going on every now and then and random crashes so I had to replace it. I have tested the battery level on the battery saver and turning off the RGB light on the keyboard and the front will give u almost 5 hours of battery on office work. I have only tested the laptop on Smote and God of War on ultra settings and it looks stunning. I have to do some other games like Shadow of the Tomb Raider etc.. To test out the ray tracing but I can tell you it's worth it if you can afford it. Oh one more thing when the fans are turned up all the way it gets loud, so I can testify to the reviews but put some headphones on and you are good.

Awesome! I have the GE66 raider with 2070 super. I want to upgrade to a 17 inch laptop but really want one with g-sync. Also I have a 1080p screen on mine and really want QHD.

Thanks for the review. I'm just wondering what you think about the brightness of the display. I'm a bit put off by both the Asus Strix Scar and the GE Raider line because their QHD panels offer only around 300 nits of brightness, otherwise their spec/value looks really good. I really don't think the 12900HK is a good buy in this instance, it is either not getting enough power or thermal throttling is a problem. The 3D Mark CPU score of 11558 is disappointing considering the Alienware M15 R7 got 11694 with an i7-12700H.

It’s true that the display isn’t the brightest and you won’t have a good time in a bright room. Since it’s thermal limited you can try to use a better thermal compound squeeze out more performance.

Almost, if you spec a desktop with similar parts, the desktop will win. It all depends on what your needs are.
